Known as a ‘Pinxtos’ - a tapas-style appetizer – The Gilda is meant to be eaten as one bite which gives a depth of flavor from all elements.
Ingredients: · 4 pickled guindilla peppers (they shouldn’t be too big) · 8 olives (manzanilla, pitted) · 4 small anchovies in oil . 4 cocktail sticks |
Instructions:
Simply thread the ingredients onto a cocktail stick as follows: olive, guindilla pepper (you can cut it in half), one small anchovy folded in half and another olive.
