St. George’s Club Bermuda

“I first stayed at the St. George's Club in Summer 2002 and loved it. I returned to Bermuda 20 years later in late May 2022 to learn that St. George's Club had just reopened after a lengthy major renovation. We were lucky enough to be one of the first guests for their soft reopening! Very spacious updated multi-story villas great for families, spread out on hills with beautiful views overlooking the beaches. Staff were amazing and attentive. Quiet and best side of Bermuda, in my opinion.”

Favorite thing about the hotel: “Beautiful view of the beaches on St. George, sprawling property, and spacious quarters with lots of multi-bedroom villas to choose from.”

St. Regis Bermuda Resort

St. Regis Bermuda Resort

“The St Regis Hotel is situated in a lovely area; the decor is serene and relaxing. The Lina Restaurant has a lovely nautical ambience, facing the Atlantic Ocean. They have a good luncheon menu. From tenderloin you can cut with a fork to fresh local catch of the day, that day was a lovely grouper with a fantastic creamed buttered sauce. For dessert, there was a chocolate cake with milkshake icing and caramel with vanilla ice cream. A delectable fruit salad plate with generous pieces.”

Favorite thing about the resort: "The rooms were extremely nice and a perfect view of the ocean.”

The Reefs Resort & Club Bermuda

The Reefs Resort & Club

“This resort is at the very end of Bermuda.  You feel secluded yet minutes away from all the action, so you are getting the best of both worlds.  If possible, get a room with a balcony facing the ocean.  The sunsets are magnificent.  The hospitality, warmth and personal service could not be better.  We were always greeted by name!  I cannot stop thinking about the delicious dinners and the attention to plating.  "You eat with your eyes" is not just a saying but true words! A beautiful hotel!”
Favorite thing about the resort: “The beautiful private beach and the delicious restaurant.”

“Art Mel's is a "hole in the wall" type place with a laid-back vibe. They serve a fish sandwich on raisin bread - sounds less than appetizing but will be one of the best sandwiches of your life! Art Mel's son even gave us a ride down the hill when I hurt my ankle! Unbelievably delicious fresh Bermudian experience!”

“Admiralty House Park is a beautiful spot to go cliff diving/swimming in the Atlantic - if you’re a very strong swimmer. You can also take some stunning photographs there or just walk around and enjoy the scenery and view. It’s right outside of Hamilton, so it’s easy to access by bus and taxi.”

Other tips on visiting Bermuda: “Utilize the public transportation whenever possible. It’s inexpensive and reliable and can get you to the majority of spots in Bermuda.”
